Our mobile platform for Ragnarok Begins West is only accessible to players in the United States and Canada. 

Ragnarok Begins West is a North American-based service. The team has heard the community's concerns regarding accessibility worldwide. 

We understand the sentiment and would like to find ways to include players from all countries. We are looking to expand region accessibility sequentially and will release announcements as soon as plans are decided. 

As for now, everyone can play on PC. The game has the option for players worldwide to access the game through our PC platform regardless of country of residence. 

Please note that lag is expected outside of North America due to our server location only being in the United States.
